This awesome house is located on a unique and beautiful stretch of the Guadalupe River inside the Loop, downstream from Gruene, and just across the channel from cypress-studded Bowie Island. A recently built concrete deck looks out over the River and Island. The open living, dining, and kitchen are on the first floor, with the master suite off the kitchen.

This one bedroom rock cottage started out as a fishing camp house in the 1940s for a well-known New Braunfels family and has been a weekend retreat and gathering place for the most recent owners family and friends since 2008 when the house was completely remodeled.
